Transcription work can cover any audio or video file requiring conversion into written text in either language — a foundational step for subtitle creation, interview analysis, or building a written record of spoken content.
Transcription is often the first stage of a larger project, and examples of the material I work with include:

Accuracy matters at this stage more than almost any other, since transcription errors carry through into everything built on top of them — translation, subtitling, or reporting.
