Legal translation leaves no room for ambiguity. A mistranslated clause or an inconsistent term can change the meaning of a contract, delay an immigration application, or undermine a document’s standing in court. I provide English to Turkish legal translation built on the same rigour I apply to certified document work: consistent terminology, careful attention to formatting and register, and a clear understanding of how legal and official documents are used once they’re translated.
My experience extends beyond routine document translation — I have been called as a witness in Scottish High Court proceedings to confirm the accuracy of a translation I had prepared and submitted as evidence, giving me first-hand insight into the standard legal translation needs to meet.
